We only accept Paypal.

Most items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. Any payment received on Friday or Saturday will be shipped on Monday. You will receive the tracking info from us as soon as the item ships. Most items are shipped UPS but we can also use Fedex. U.S. shipping rates do not include PR, HI or AK. Please contact us for the shipping cost there. After payment is received most items will ship within 24 hours. We will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as the item has shipped.

All items are Brand New unless otherwise noted. We will take any items back within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is returned the same way it was shipped, with all the packing materials. Any problems after 14 days must be handled directly thru the manufacturer. We can supply you with a receipt and help in any way possible but we can not take back products after the 14 days. In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible we can not pay for any shipping cost on returns. If an item is received D.O.A. or encounters a problem within the first 7 days we will gladly exchange and ship out the return item at no additional cost to you but the shipping cost on the item being returned must be by the customer. Calautotool can not make any exceptions.

You may return an item to us within 14 days as long as it has not been used and is in sellable condition (NOT USED). In order to return an item you must contact us by email for further details. Shipping charges to send to customer will be deducted. Any items shipped with free shipping will be deducted for returns or refusals and decided by vendor’s discretion.

Product defect must contact manufacturer and fill out the warranty cards found inside product.

All items may be returned within 14 days of receiving purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All items will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee
